I brought my Prius in to repair a cracked bumper. Santostefano exceeded my expectations throughout the process! The drop-in free estimate was reasonable, scheduling was easy, and the repair was done on time. Original parts were used, and the car looks beautiful! I had an accident With my 2013 Ford Fiesta right after Christmas. The shop in Portland was closed so I brought it to Santostefano’s because they were not only open but got great reviews.They not only did quality work, but they were very accommodating for my circumstances. I was scheduled to go to Florida and they said if they finished the repairs while I was in Florida, I could keep the car there until I got back at no extra charge. The dealership ended up sending the wrong part which delayed the repair, however even though it was not their fault in the delay, they offered to deliver the car( even though it is against their policy during COVID).
