So far, so good. Rodney is very helpful and accomodating. Car is still in the shop because of insurance red tape (of course). Will update later. ***Update*** Finally got my car back! Great job by the folks here. Word of caution: State Farm insurance is one of, if not the worst insurance company to deal with! Avoid State Farm!
Stay away from this Irresponsible People!! They towed my car, and the next day I went, the employees who work at that site, several things disappeared from my car, and one of those who works at that site, told me that the tow truck driver was looking around cars and keeping the things that were inside! I don't want any service with those people at all! and they are not ashamed at all!
The owner of this company used to own Lucky's Rod Works. He did body work on my car that should have been totaled. He was then a friend and helped work numbers to save my car -- very grateful for that. However, he then had my car for, if I remember correctly, two months. He had to paint it twice because he wasn't happy with the first result. Maybe he should have tried a third time. It absolutely does not look like a professional job. A couple of his hairs are in the paint. He replaced the hood. It doesn't fit. When I finally got the car back, it was missing parts from the engine compartment. Really? He put in writing that he would make good because the customer was unhappy. Three years later -- he's opened a different shop and he never tried to do right by me. Needless to say, the friendship is over. Worse than that, he had my husband's 1954 Ford F100 for THREE years. Took and cashed a check for $3500, the agreed price to do body work and paint.
