Dave and his wife were very friendly. I came in to inquire about a service to my Mercedes which Dave was very knowledgeable about. He spent time explaining the issue and talked me through what he wanted to do. His prices were also reasonable next to the dealership. I would 100% recommend taking your car here. I’ll for sure be back thanks
D and D Transmission and Auto is awesome. Dave went out of his way to locate a part for my son's car. My son says his car runs like new. It's wonderful to come across a knowledgeable mechanic who takes his time to explain the repair process with honest transparency.
This is probably the least professional shop ive ever dealt with. I could go on all day but ill just highlight some things. So you know the shop is bad when youre able to diagnose your car better than the owner. I was able to take it home and diagnose my own issue in 20 minutes. Vs the answer i got from the owner after having my car for 4 to 5 days. "Im not sure whats going on but i think you have a bad clutch and suspension ill take a look and call you tomorrow" (they never called by the way) what a joke. The clutch has 25k miles on it and it quality performance part. No clutch goes bad in 25k miles of normal driving and the rear main seal of the engine is fine so the friction surfaces are not covered in oil. Clutch pressure is fine maybe a little low but very operational. All i had to do to determine my issue was use a breaker bar as a stethoscope on my gearbox while it was in gear and noticed no bad noises. So its a passenger side wheel bearing thats bad and a sway bar end link. Nee
