Worst Ever!!! So pissed. Had my car towed there a month ago. Never touched it. Calling them and getting the runaround. Was told that Diego will call me back several times. NEVER did. My cousin recommended this place. Finally got a hold of him and said whats goung on. Its over a month. He said he tried to start it after charging the battery and didnt start. Wanted to talk to me first. But NEVER called me once. I asked him if there was gas in it? He said he didnt check. Really!!!! So pissed will not recommend this place to no one. He quoted me 400 dollars just labor. Found a place that will do the work asap 400 total with parts.

Diego is Great. He is an honest hard working mechanic with an hourly rate well below a hundred. He did extra work on my plow truck and even had to add more parts than expected. He kept the same quoted price and I saw the work he did and was amazed at the quality. I have had a few bad overpriced car repairs in the past years at other places. I wished I take them to Diego instead. I would recommend him to anyone. Trust, Quality, and Price are all important!

I bought a used vehicle from Rich's quite a few months back and never got around to leaving a review.. I've had some bad experiences with used car places and dealing with some pretty scummy people that sometimes come along with used car places.. Rich's Citgo was by far the best experience I have had.. The Guy who helped me, Chris, went above and beyond to show me the vehicle.. He was very kind and helpful and answered every question I had. I drove off with an AMAZING car that i purchased at a very fair price(that they registered for me also).. I bought a 2004... a 2004 in 2020 and they sold it to me in beautiful condition, not a single repair needed to be made and I've had the vehicle for well over 6 months now.. If needed I would ABSOLUTELY buy another vehicle from them with complete trust and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle..
