Sam is a consummate professional and highly skilled. His experience with MB, Audi, BMW, VW, et al, is unmatched by anyone in the Hartford area. No matter what the issue - he's seen it, diagnosed it and fixed it. Uber professional, his shop is immaculate. When I went in for my first oil change and to investigate a leak, he spent well over an hour and a half going over every aspect of my vehicle and advising on cost/timing of repairs.
