Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I got some tires deliver to this shop from(Tire Agent ) and I had a bad experience. I got the appointment set up early morning after getting the confirmation email about the delivery. I called and they only got a spot first thing in the morning. So when I got there I was being charge for installation again , I talk to the guy upfront and I told them that I already paid for the installation from tires agent. But that didn’t work. So I ended up leaving at he shop and calling tire agent after, customer service called back the shop and told them how to charge the customer I brought my car back to the shop and they gave me attitude, they told me that they work on it if they got time, because I already missed my schedule appointment. So I left the car and I was back to pick up the car later on that day and they get me worth the same bad attitude so I will not be back. I’ll take my businesses someone else.

They close at 7, I called at 5:30 to do an oil change. They said come in (if they had said no I could find somewhere else). I went there. After waiting for 20 minutes and at 6 pm they said they can’t do the oil change coz someone else has an appointment. I don’t get it, you still have one our to go. If you had said this to me over phone I wouldn’t have come here. I am on my way driving towards NY and because of this false communication I had to ruin half an hour for nothing. Not to mention, the old guy at in charge was quite rude. I requested multiple times he didn’t budge.

I came in to get my tires balanced and Florencio Rivera was very kind and fit me in right away. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I will be coming back to this Monro again. Great Service!
