Great service! I had a flat tire and the manager came to the rescue. I pulled in as he was walking out and he pulled out a jack and lug wrench so we could change my tire and get me back on the road. Thanks again! Service: Tires
Nutmeg Senior Rides uses older cars to give rides to Seniors. Midas and their entire crew keeps us on the road. Wow. I brought the company car in to get the AC recharged. The (manager?) Juan told me it would be a few minutes. After a good forty minutes of waiting, When I asked if the car was almost ready, this man started arguing and scolding me for asking, as if that was a crazy question...telling me he was doing me a favor, since it was so late in the afternoon (2:50 pm or so). I will NEVER come here again. What happened to manners? What happened to customer service? Service: Air conditioning
