Just went in for the 3rd maintenance on my Palisade from Lia. However, I ran into an issue with the plan details. Dane Morrisette was extremely helpful and understanding. He was able to clear the issue and provide excellent service, even returned my vehicle 30 mins early! The dealership was recently updated and made the wait very comfortable.
