I was without A/C and Bill's got me in right away. Doug clearly explained what they would do and the cost. Once complete he told me clearly what to watch for and to come back if the was any loss of cooling. I was well taken care of, and Doug treated other customers with the same respect and clarity he used with me. I have already recommended Bill's.
Top notch service....explain details in plan English.....and mentions other options...I'll go back and and tell friends and family members about Bill
