Accurate Automotive

In an accident on a Friday drive home. My car was towed to Accurate without asking where I wanted it taken, okay, it’s an accident. Safety takes priority. The time is after five, so I guess they dropped my car off and went home. Closed on the weekends, no message options, no way to have my car taken to my mechanic until Monday. So, three days worth of storage fees built in to what should have been at most an overnight storage situation. Just to top it off, cash only! Seems like that money probly won’t show up on his tax returns. I’m willing to bet this happens a lot. Would love to know if the local police have an ongoing relationship with this business. That said, the fellow behind the counter was decent enough to look embarrassed when I asked him if he understood that this was an effed up way to treat someone who wouldn’t be a customer given a choice.

The owner and mechanic is a very chill dude. They advertise a $20 oil change and they deliver! I've used Groupons at some of the "quick oil" places around town, and there is always a hidden charge. You still end up paying double what you pay at a private garage. I read in multiple car forums that a particular issue I was having may be solved by getting a premium oil filter. I set myself up to being upcharged- the mechanic quickly shut that idea down and told me I don't need a premium filter. 10/10 will go back again for other work. It's always been tough to find a mechanic that isn't a salesman first. These guys are legit

There are no words to describe the wonderful. professional, amazing job done on my car. The service was great, it was repaired and ready on time, and the price was reasonable and very fair compared to other estimates I received. I will be going back there for all my car's needs knowing the job will be done right for a fair and honest price!! Never mind 5 stars....they deserve TEN!!
