Fantastic customer service! Worked with Nick to get new wheels and tires for my truck. He was great to work with and very responsive. He did a great job keeping me up to date on the shipping status. Once everything was in the shop, the crew was very timely on getting the truck up on the lift and wheels/tires replaced. Could not be happier with the service. I will definitely be headed back in the future.

We brought the wife’s vehicle here for an alignment. I was happy they were able to get it in on such short notice as we called and got in on the same day/morning. The staff and service were both good. The vehicle was in quickly and she was out in a reasonable amount of time. The alignment came out well. Everything went smoothly as could be expected. From what I have seen and experienced, this is one of the better Firestones in central CT. Probably because there is a corporate office next door.

Had an appointment for 9AM, said i needed the work vehicle back by 12. They said no problem. Called at 12:15 to get an update and they said they needed another hour to finish something. I said ok no problem and rescheduled my meeting at a hospital for later. That was the last i heard from them. My ride to Firestone had to go to work so i was dropped off at 2:15 to see the car sitting out front. Never got a call to say it was done. Very poor communication.
