Everything about my experience at Ray’s was excellent. All of the employees I worked with were friendly and made the process of getting my bumper replaced as simple as it could possibly be. They arranged for having rental car company show up at the appointed drop-off time. They have a computerized system that let me know how the repair process was going and informed me the truck was fixed even before they called me shortly afterwards. The repair was attended to very promptly; I was in the rental only one day. The truck was returned with the bumper installed properly, of course, but I was impressed that the vehicle was even returned cleaner than it had been when I dropped it off. They’d even vacuumed all the floorboards! The next day, I realized I’d left my child’s car seat in the rental that I dropped off when I picked my truck up, and they were happy to help by ensuring the rental didn’t get picked up until I was able to get back to the shop. Car was sitting literally in the shop for almost 2 months my progressive agent was more communicative than the people at the body shop …Receptionist was nice and offered me a token of her sincere apology even though it was nowhere near her fault . Pedro however was very unprofessional very uncommunicative and made me lose interest in doing further business in this shop… all it takes is one bad egg… he was definitely the bad egg …car was left dirty as hell and everything just thrown in the back seat like they could careless about actually “detailing” my car horrible experience for me definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Top notch work. Megan is Great in the office as was Kevin my estimator. My car was rear ended and sure it took like 5 weeks for parts but that's not there fault. They even went above and beyond to replace my license plate frame that was damaged. Before and After pictures attached.
