I have never had a better experience at a car shop!! At Service My Auto LLC, the staff is incredibly kind, caring and helpful. Their pricing is great and I trust the team completely with my vehicle. My entire family uses this shop and we'd never consider going elsewhere. Though car problems are never fun, this shop makes it so that I never have to worry when an issue does arise. They quickly diagnosed the issue (valve gasket needed replacing), gave me an estimate on how long it would be and how much it would cost. All very reasonable. Then they followed through. While they may not be the most engaging folks, I'm there to get my car serviced, not be entertained. I appreciate the no nonsense approach. Would recommend. I had my car towed to this facility because I was told by the owner he was going to get the work done the same day. Not only took him 3 days to finish but he also charged me almost $200 more than what we agreed on the phone for the exact same work.
