As a female shopping for auto repairs, I felt that I was always being left in the dark in what was going on with my car and why I needed an expensive repair with no explanation. That was NOT the case here. John was so helpful with my choice in replacing my CVT transmission for my 2016 Honda CRV. Not only did I get great response time and wonderful customer service, John would call me back to update me in the process of searching for a new transmission for me. He spent the time giving me the education and the reasoning why we needed to continue with the choice I needed best for my car. Regretfully, I wasn't able to replace my transmission with this business, but if I ever had any auto issues, I would come back again. Thank you for your kindness and time John!

Jon and crew were great. Needed a 100,000 mile inspection/service. Dropped my vehicle off and got a call later detailing the inspection which was free. Went ahead and had them change my transmission fluid and they had it done within an hour for a great price. Awesome guest service, will definitely be back.

I brought my 2017 ram 2500 into advanced transmission for some pretty major repairs. It wouldn’t pull over 2,000 rpm’s. No lights on the dash at all. Turns out they had to rebuild the transmission. Dropped it off Monday had it back Friday. Did not think they would get it done that quick. I just towed my boat with it last weekend no issues at all. Thanks advanced transmission team.
