So had my check engine light come on. Explained what car was doing. Dropped off and was told they would call me next day. They did not so I called nested morning and was told tech could not determine what issue was and he was going to research and I would get call back. Still did not happen so I called back and was told Chrysler was not releasing information and now need to take to a dealer. I was so excited that I had thought I found a great place to take my cars to since they were great prior to this visit. If you want small thing done like basic oil changes guess they are good, however they also state they are Jeep experts but they are not. Like others have shared, I took some time checking out area businesses, reviews, etc. for getting some auto work done. I chose Mountain View based not only on their reviews BUT ALSO on the fact that during my first call the person who helped me actually listened to my issue, offered some perspective, and very simply offered great customer service during the first call. I wanted a second opinion about some work recommended by a dealership. That has all continued in working with my Subaru Impreza. They've provided solid input, reliable estimates, and the work they've done has held up. I'll be back to continue with additional work needed over time. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have used these guys for a couple years now. Reasonably priced oil changes and they tend to get it done in a timely fashion of you stick around. Also not pushy about extras. They recommend what needs to be done but they don't force the issue unless it's a urgent issue.
