The front of my car was completely damaged after being hit with an object that looked like a play wood on the highway. I took my car to this shop due to the previous reviews and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work they did. They were very honest with me from the beginning and told me that repairs might take longer than usual due to a back order in parts. That really helped us decide whether we wanted to rent a car or not. I was receiving updates about the status of the repair every 2 days via text message, which was amazing. If there was a delay/issue, they would notify me right away. They handled the billing directly with my car insurance. And, a few weeks later, my car looked like a brand new car. We haven’t had any issues with our car. The only downside is that they do not have a car rental on site, but we didn’t end up using car rental anyways. I would highly suggest this car shop and I will be returning if/when needed. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Called to request a simple estimate, operator on the phone mentioned they are very specific with the insurance they work with there for denied me an estimate. I have a warranty that will pay out the cost of the estimate once received, since the work has already been approved (they sent a representative to physically assess the work needed). I have a hard time understanding how a business can turn down a customer. Will not be recommending this facility to anyone. Going through some reviews I’m assured I’m better off somewhere else.

Great work and customer service. They kept me updated on all progress and completed everything pretty fast. Tara was very helpful and honest. Hope I don't have to, but if I do, I would definitely come back here. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
