We were so pleased with the service provided. The air conditioning went out on our 2007 Jeep Liberty and a Jeep dealership charged us for the diagnosis and gave us an outrageous price to install a new compressor. We texted Parker 4-wheel Drive and they got back to say they would do a no cost diagnosis and provide a ride home as we have the one car. Indeed it was a compressor problem but the cost to fix it was $1,000 less than the quote from the dealership. They called an Uber to take my husband home and the car was fixed the next day as promised. Great service and they have earned our loyalty. Service: Air conditioning

My elderly father went to Parker 4 Wheel to have work done on his late 70's model Ford truck. The work was done with no bid in writing and the work was charged at 50%higher then Christian Brothers and two other local shops said it was worth. Marcus, who I believe is the owner, says that he is an attorney but that we should not be intimidated. That is very nice. They don't call back so I am reporting to the BBB. Facebook and nextdoor also have community pages. I posted on both.

Set up my alignment through their text messaging service. They offered to drop me off and pick me up which was nice. Alignment took a little longer than expected, but the communication was great which I appreciated. Would recommend and will return for future service needs. Service: Wheel alignment
