Great job with my car. They did an excellent job with the bodywork, paint and mechanical damage. The front desk and assigned claim manager were friendly and helpful. I had an extensive repair, and they completed it on time which is fantastic considering the part shortages. They managed the communication with my insurance company. I have no complaints and highly recommend them. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Very nice experience with Caliber Collision. Especially Brenda, she did a phenomenal job. She gave updates frequently and made everthing easy for us.Awesome service.I would defintely recommend to my friends.
Radio worked when dropped off and no longer works when picked up. They claim they are not liable and told me to take it elsewhere. Also a repair part was left in my car. When I took it to them, there was no attempt to find out if it still needed to be installed or why it was left in my car. I shouldn't take my car in to be repaired and incur additional expenses because of their mistake or incomplete repairs.
