Rock told us to bring the car in and he was able to straighten the hood so we could open it. This was on a Saturday and he didn't even charge us! These people are disgusting. Just watched their dog almost get hit cus their dog is chained outside in a snow advisory with roads not cleared. Car slid out and almost hit. I called to tell them, said he was going to beat the dog and hung up on me. Foul.
