Just got a new windshield installed today. Looks amazing and very happy with the service. Very responsive customer care and they worked with me to make it as convenient as possible around my odd schedule and helped me get a more affordable price. Also never felt pressured to upgrade, buy any unnecessary extras, and wasn't bombarded with emails like other companies after you request a quote. Would definitely recommend. The bottom line: From first phone contact to drop off, wait time for vehicle to be finished, comfort and cleanliness of waiting area, fresh hot coffee, and last but not least, the quality of work and the cleanliness of my truck after the work was completed...this company earned every star and a few more if they were available! About an hour from start to finish and I was driving home with my truck and my clean and shiny, perfect, new windshield. When I first called O.E. Auto Glass to inquire about replacing the windshield near the end of the week I had an appointment for the morning only a few business days later. The owner, Marlon and his technicians, were curious about where I purchased my roof racks so he came over as the tech was finishing up to the waiting area and we had a nice chat about the truck, roof rack, off road adventures and life in general. I am so glad we found OE Auto Glass when I had to replace the windshield on my Subaru, which required calibration. Since then, I have been back three times to get chips repaired. Scheduling is easy, and everyone is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their customer service is top notch!
