We recently relocated to Johnstown and needed to find a new mechanic. I looked around online and saw Ozzy had some great reviews so I called him when we purchased our daughter's first car. He agreed to look over the car for any issues and called me not long after dropping it off to let me know the power steering was leaking. He recommended calling the used car dealer to see if they would cover the repair which they did. I appreciated that he immediatedly referred us back to them for the work. We have gone back for a check engine light on the same car & Ozzy gave us a discount & did not charge a diagnostic fee since this was not long after we had first brought the car in. He is easy to talk to, explains things well and is very responsive. I've called the shop with no answer, I don't bother to leave a message but he sees that I called and calls me back!
