Sadly I'm in my 30s and don't know anything about cars other than changing tires and making sure there's oil in it. My car quit running and I found out it needed a new alternator. I called around a few places and Ozzy was over 100 dollars cheaper for the whole job to be done. That was definitely a selling point. But he also told me he'd be able to complete the job quicker than the other places as well. When I went to pick up my car he was very personable and friendly. Even told me if I need work done again he'll come pick me up when it is finished. I had walked an hour to go pick up my car. The thing that really sold me on sticking with him for further work was after I had left though. Like I said, I don't know cars at all. There was something that was worrying me and I called him because I had no idea who else to call for help. I was still close by and he told me to come back by and he'll take a look for me. Ozzy went above and beyond to help me get my truck on the road again. Very quick turn around on replacing the transmission and getting my brakes fixed. Stayed within my budget. Definitely the best shop I've ever delt with..
