I got a positive impression from these guys. I was given good information on the brakes and the possible side-effects off the issues I was having. Great inspection, with zero pressure to do any of it other than what I can in for. Jarrod is a top notch mechanic if you are lucky enough to have him work on your vehicle. I had such an excellent experience here at BG Automotive! Joe and his team were excellent at helping fix my some of the issues going on with my car and going over each step of their process to reassure I was in good hands. They even sent over a report so I could have an understanding of what was going on with my car and some things I could look to fix in the future! I would 100% recommend going here even if it’s for a check up!
We were very impressed and pleased with the service and professionalism of BG Automotive. Everyone we dealt with there was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. We were also impressed with how clean the shop is! We decided to try BG because our son has been using them and has been very happy with their service. Prior to this we had been taking our vehicle to the dealership for all oil changes and repairs, but from now on we will be using BG Automotive.
