I took my car in to them 2 years ago and they said my low ride light was on and I needed new shocks. I never got it fixed due to Covid. Today I called to have work done - they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee of $195 before doing any work even though they know what the root cause of the problem. I’m taking it to another shop. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, fair, friendly. My experience with everyone there has been top notch. It is refreshing to work with competent and up-front professionals. Joe follows through and genuinely cares about the quality of service and work Alliance provides to his customers.
Derek and his team had the car in, accurately diagnosed, and out of the shop within 3 days. Passed emissions with flying colors after failing, Alliance was able to pinpoint my issue and fix it fast.
