Went in a little after 8 this morning to pick up oil. There was an employee sitting in the corner on his phone. Not a big deal. Grabbed my oil went up to the check out and waited a few minutes and the guy jus sat in the corner on his phone never got up to help me. I just left my stuff and walked out. Another auto parts store down the street that greeted and helped me promptly as soon as I walked in their store.
Awesome customer service provided by Logan at this location! Even though they didn't have the part that is very difficult to find, Logan was very knowledgeable and directed us to where we should go to get it. Thanks Logan!!
Quite, friendly and dog friendly too. Store is clean, well stocked and the staff was attentive. Access is a little tricky being right on the fork of the cleavland Lincoln one way Y
