Took my car to CarStar after being rear-ended. I got an appointment quickly, and they did everything including setting up the rental and working with insurance. They were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process, sending me weekly updates at the very least. Heather was great to work with. The repairs came out great and my car looks brand new. This was the easiest wreck repair and insurance claim I’ve ever dealt with because they really took care of everything for me. I basically just showed up with my damaged car and they did the rest.
