Branch automotive has a very professional atmosphere. I felt very comfortable with the issues identified. They provide diagnostic images and fully explain the details of the issue. The service advisor Tom was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond to care for all my needs!
Very knowledgeable and honest mechanics. Great customer service and a great option for fleet trucks. I've sent 100+ trucks to Branch over the years for emissions and repairs, highly recommended.
Called Branch to see if I can get an emissions done on my truck that day. Everybody else I called were booked until after the weekend. Tom at Branch suggested I drop off my truck off and he'll get it in, in between appointments somehow, and they did! Very impressed with they're attitude to help as where the others I called sounded like the everyday working drone!! Nice job, and my thanks to Tom and the team at Branch Automotive!
