We got swindled and will never be coming here again! In Sept 2022 we came for the first time for brake pad and rotor replacement. We returned because our car was shuddering when braking only a few months later. We took the car in May 2023 and the rotors were warped. They wanted to charge us almost $500 after they had replaced them only 7 months before! We could not believe that they wanted to charge us so much after we had replaced the rotors so recently. We have been Colorado drivers for over a decade going into the mountains and driving across the state and never had a rotor issue. Now, we went to Brakes Plus for the first time and within 7 months our rotors somehow warped. In addition, they would not honor our warranty. Their terms said it went 12 months or 12,000 miles. They said we drove 13,000 miles in 7 months, which is patently untrue. The first time we came in Sept they showed us at 57,000 miles.
