They went above and beyond what I expected also resetting my tire pressure light for no charge. Gilbert is a great man who has old school business ethics! That’s hard to find that today. I thought I had found a super good honest close to home mechanic for both my vehicles. Took one for oil change, oil percentage light came on with still 2k miles remaining for another oil change. Took to family mechanic and they showed me the blackest oil ever. Not sure if the oil change was even done being that they just changed it not that long ago. Took another with 40k miles on it for oil change and check engine light came on next day immediately after car sat after oil change. Took to family mechanic again they said that the wrong oil has been put in the car and that it has messed up the car. I had been taking the car to dealership prior to finding this mechanic shop 5 mins from my house. Please do your research before choosing a spot. Cheap and convenient is not always best. My car has 40k miles and is now sitting because repairs are going to be too much to fix at the time. Sticking to my family mechanic, just thought that I can get oil changes done closer to home. Scheduled repair through Repair Pal for June 29 for: 1. AC controls not working and locking out passenger side windows 2. back up camera not working 3. exhaust leak when car idols Was called and told car was ready yesterday (11 business days, 13 days total) AC controls were working Back up camera turned out but did not have full function Exhaust leak was not addressed despite listing it in Repair Pal and telling Gilbert about it when I dropped the car off and in a phone conversation on Tuesday July 9. They repaired pulled a part, ordered a part, installed part one at a time. I will now have to spend my time on the phone with the warranty company explaining why I won't go back; why I have to find another place; and why I won't pay another deductible. I had to pay my deductible over the phone as apparently no one but Gilbert can handle a transaction and he wasn't there when I went to pick up my car. They were friendly though.
