Meineke Car Care Center

For starters, I was able to make an appointment the same morning that I wanted to bring my car in for an oil change, so I love the availability. I arrived at my appointment approximately 20 minutes early, and Willie greeted me with a smile and a welcoming tone. When I expressed that I needed to be out within 90 minutes to pick my daughter up from cheer practice, he assured me that I’d be on my way in time. I didn’t even wait an hour for my oil change, and they recommended I change a filter. I’m glad they did because I had no idea where the unpleasant smell was coming from when I turn on my A.C. The smell is now gone . Oh, and they gave me a $20 coupon. I have always only taken my vehicles to the dealership for oil changes and service, but now I’ll be taken it to this Meineke.

Decided to try local Meineke for a quick oil change. Made an appointment and they had it completed in under an hour. Adrian was helpful and polite. Nothing but good things to say about the service. Service: Oil change

First thing the guy said was "can you leave your car here?". I said no, since I made a 9am appointment the day before, oil changes take 15 minutes, but he said he needed it for 3 hours. Then he said "all my 8am appointments are just now showing up." Its 8:55, why am I being punished for them showing up an hour late?? Why even let people make appointments if you don't honor them!? Also, the place stunk like an old ashtray and the building in general was run down. Luckily there was a Grease Monkey across the street. I pulled up and they had me done in 15 minutes. I will never even consider Meineke in the future. Service: Oil change
