Lack of attention to detail - Brought my truck in to be repaired from a theft and was told that was going to be "just like before". I ended up with 2 different colored door latches. I keep calling and keep getting the excuse "We will order the right colored door latch today", but they never do and/or they fail to communicate and followup.
I really appreciate how they made everything look like a brand new car especially how they made it look when I bought it they did an excellent job on the paint matching it to the original color I would definitely recommend to friends and family also would definitely be back to them if anything happens again to my vehicle since they took such good care of my vehicle.
