Update: We had issues with another car (the wife’s) and it needed to be towed to a shop. I was out of town so that just adds to the stress levels, right? So I called Will at the service desk and while I knew they were busy he got me setup. He assured me they would take fast care of it so my wife would be back on the road and help me avoid leaving a camping trip early. That was on a Thursday. I had a full review and quote by Friday and was on the road Monday. First of all, a business that has the Jesus Calling devotional purposefully placed on the table in the waiting area obviously stands for something, and aren’t afraid to say it. love it! Second, Chance is incredible! He spent hours on the phone for me with the warranty company from hell to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. The more you get into this stuff, the more you realize how much you really need to trust the people that are taking care of your vehicles, otherwise, you don’t know what you don’t know. There were five or six items where they could’ve easily hung up with the warranty company and had me come out of pocket, but they didn’t. I’ll be a customer as long as I’m in Colorado. Thank you!
