Auto Image 360 - Auto Film & Hail Center- Clear Bra- Window Tinting

This was the fifth auto body place I called or visited to repair some damage to the front end of my 1998 Lexus LS400. Every other place indicated doubts that they could find the correct parts due to the age of the car which was otherwise in great condition. Some shops even tried to get the parts and over weeks of calling them back they finally admitted they couldn't find all the needed items, including the bumper. This place alone said "Sure, we could probably get them (and took extensive pictures) but we'll call you back in an hour and let you know for sure." As promised, they called me back within one hour and told me they had located all the many parts! They provided a detailed and accurate written estimate and were also honest that a few more things might come up once they started taking things apart (which happened, but not too bad). I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Start to finish, their communication was fantastic- clear detail on where things were at, regular check ins and never a need for me to chase them on where things were at. Had a fair amount of hail damage repaired and despite hiccups with the adjuster on my end Auto Image 360 were super helpful in working with the insurance company and communicating with them on my behalf as well. My car came back looking brand new, on schedule as promised. Wonderful business overall. Already planning on coming back for their window tinting serve in the near future.

I brought my 4runner here for hail damage, and I am extremely happy with the repair results. There clearly was a great attention to detail, and the staff was very attentive and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend bringing your car here to get repaired. 10/10
