Jeff seems like a knowledgeable and nice person. Until he can't fix your car. Then he becomes defensive and aggressive. I paid over $1000 to have my brakes fixed and he couldn't get the job done. When I asked him to make it right he berated me saying, "sometimes you can't fix the customer", and told me that "we are done". I will be reporting him to the Better Buisness Bureau and suing him to recover my costs. Thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Star Automotive.

Dan Silhasek. Jeff was my neighbor and mechanic for a few years. He moved to Sterling for a few and thankfully he came back. I've referred my Dad, brother sister, girlfriend, girlfriends daughter, 2 friends, a friend of of a friend and 2 workmates. And they have all thanked me for referring them to Jeff. His shop is so clean I'd eat off the floor. It may take a couple of days before he gets to you because he has no flunkies do the lesser jobs. Me and my girlfriend has thanked the Lord several times for letting us know this man. If you don't go to this man your a fool. Dan and Chris.

Mr. Jeff is amazing. Has great service and gets the job done. He is also very affordable. He understands what life throws at us so he won't charge so much. I have been living here in Ft.Collins almost a year and Mr. Jeff is the only mechanic who has touched my car. #Mr.Jeff is awesome
