As an older person with an older car and a fixed income it is essential that I get what I pay for so after a few issues after some previous repairs I went for a second opinion then complained back to Scott's. Travis reached out and he and Cory showed me the real deal (brake pad wear). Long story short, they took good care of me going above and beyond any 'normal' customer service one might experience elsewhere or even expect. I am very satisfied. I don't usually post reviews, rather let my wallet do the talking/voting so, bottom line, I will go back as needs arise.

Sebastian and the other staff did such a great job! It felt super transparent and I got updates on my car in a timely manner. They really went above and beyond to help diagnosis the problem with my car. They also give you a super detailed report with pictures and everything! The repairs were done within a reasonable amount of time and I was given a free loaner car to drive in the meantime. I really loved my experience here and would highly recommend them! Had some trouble with my car not starting and they fixed it within one day, while every other place couldn't get me in for 1-2 weeks. Jim helped me out a ton and was super friendly.
