I have used the here a few times with wonderful results. They are prompt, communicative, transparent, helpful, and have informed me if services to my car are needed and not needed at the time. Via an easy text system, they let me know what is up with my car and how urgent each thing is, how much each service with parts and labor would cost, then I select which services I'd like them to complete. Each time, there has been an availability that works with my schedule within 1 week, if not the same day. Good honest people and service. So grateful for a speedy diagnosis and repair. The drive shaft of my car was very damaged and they were able to identify the issue and fix it in no time! This was after going to another mechanic in town who weren’t able to find the issue- I thought the problem would be hard to identify… but not for performance tune! I love the online scheduling and communication Performance Tune Auto uses. They will let me know via text/email the services they recommend, I can think about it for a bit and accept or decline the service. It's convenient and takes pressure off of me, who is not a car savy person. Additionally, the front office is always friendly and helpful. We're grateful we've found Performance.
