Man am I thankful for this place! Back home everyone's "got a guy" they trust to do a great job, at a reasonable price, and who would never do an unnecessary repair. After a few great experiences here, Lou's now my guy! ..and yes, the staff is amazingly friendly AND knowledgeable.
I would recommend Lou's Autobahn to everyone. They were so responsive and easy to work with. They communicated about everything that needed to be done, explained everything so it was easy to understand, and worked with my warranty company to ensure everything that could be converted by then was! My mercedes needed a new transmission module and Lou’s was able to have my car serviced quickly. Andrea and Heather at the front desk were very friendly, and communicated clearly about diagnostic costs and time estimates. Seamless fix, now my car drives great. Definitely recommend!
