Man am I thankful for this place! Back home everyone's "got a guy" they trust to do a great job, at a reasonable price, and who would never do an unnecessary repair. After a few great experiences here, Lou's now my guy! ..and yes, the staff is amazingly friendly AND knowledgeable.
I found that local mechanic everyone is looking for. Friendly efficient and honest. They diagnosed and repaired my BMW for less than I have paid to just diagnose what was wrong and didn’t try to make more repairs than were necessary. Same day repair. From initial call to schedule appointment through service they were responsive and friendly. Andrea was super professional and courteous in setting things up and helped expedite a repair for me.
