King's Auto Center - Subaru, Import and Domestic Specialists

I had not used this business before, but a friend who has used them for years recommended them to me. They did not disappoint. Took my daughter’s 2014 Subaru in because the air conditioner had stopped producing cold air. Plus it had other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They did a great job, not only fixing the air conditioner but addressing a host of additional issues that needed attention - most of which I was unaware of. Communication could not have been clearer, service was prompt, and they were very professional. Highly recommended. I will now be using them regularly for this car. They even made a mistake on the estimate but did not increase my cost. They simply let it go as their error. When was the last time anyone did that?? Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was in need of a new mechanic for my subarus. Jason and the folks at King's Auto have been accommodating every time we have had an issue. They are thorough in their diagnostics and recommendations, but I don't feel pressure if I choose not to have a particular service done. Jason is wonderful, taking time to talk through all the recommendations and answering my questions. Thank you team! I am so pleased to have switched to your automotive services!

I have learned my lesson going to other places and I won't go anywhere else. Adam has been so incredibly helpful and patient with me. They are reasonably priced, honest and I don't feel like they try to sell me things that I don't need. It is intimidating going into a mechanic shop without knowing anything about cars.
