I have a BMW 328I, my car was extremely difficult to diagnose because it had an electrical issue that did not show on the dash screen when it was at the shop, Mike put so much effort on figuring out the problem even do the computer kept saying everythingwas okay, however the must important thing to me is that he listened when I explained the problem and did not do any unnecessary work, he made sure the car was safe to drive and only charged me for the work they did even do he spent hours working on it.
