Travis at the front desk is really nice! The other guys are professional but not as friendly or nice explaining things. I got my oil changed recently and I was surprised they didn’t top off my fluids also. They’re usually very fast and I love the itemized descriptions of services. Travis also matched a price I was quoted originally which was nice!
Excellent overall experience. Shout out to Dell and Larry for top notch service with my son's 1980 Ford truck. Small town experience in the growing city of fort collins. Brought my jeep here for some minor repairs, had a wonderful experience. Customer service was stellar! I didn't feel like I was being pushed into unneeded repairs or anything. They were also very quick, as i would have had to wait almost 3 weeks to get into dealership.Thank you Houska for taking care of my jeepers, appreciate the hard work and kind people!
