if i could give this review one star i would. I took my BRAND NEW honda civic 2021 here today that desperately needed an oil change, nothing else. After i left i realized something. these people have NO CLUE what they are doing!!! i started driving and heard a huge crashing banging heinous noise. i’ve never heard a noise this distraught before. or sounded like something exploded. i quickly pulled over and shortly began to realize whatever the whole bottom of my car was NOT attached. it was hanging down scraping the road severely. now my brand new car is trashed and i DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. thankyou never go here

Thank you for the help! My hood wasn't latching and I was worried about driving all the way back to Denver with just the safety lock. The staff looked at it right away and was able to get my hood to close and latch within minutes.
