Honestly I don’t think I will ever come to this Nissan again. I’m really big on customer service and just respect in general. They guy Justin Phillips, has horrible communication and customer service. Reminds me of a teenager that just got their first job but don’t really want to work. He can be cool at first until he actually has to work. Or what he thinks is work. Never again!

Melissa is a absolute pro. She explained everything from the cost, repair time, and warranty while my car was there. I really appreciated all of her help and knowledge.
