Fort Collins Muffler & Automotive

I called these guys and I was shocked that they told me to bring my truck in right away. There was another muffler shop that wouldn't give me the time of day. I brought my truck in and they worked on it right away and after an hour it was done. Their estimate of time was right on even though I had an obstacle that I was unaware of that I am sure took more time. Overall I am very happy with their level of service and immediacy to take care of my issue.

THEY ARE FAIR, HONEST, AND KIND. I had an issue with the rear door latch of my van not closing properly. I was driving past and on a whim I stopped to ask if it was something they might be able to work on. JESSE SANCHEZ (Service Advisor) said, "I imagine so. Let's take a look."(Wha-a-a-t!?!? Right Now!?!?!) Indeed, AARON CRAWFORD (Service Manager) looked at it and within 2 minutes actually had it fixed! He spent another 5-6 minutes problem-solving with me about what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again. It could not have been a more kind and funny interaction with Aaron. No condescension. No mansplaining. He only laughed after I did. They were both fair and honest and kind. Because of that I now trust them. I am switching my automotive work to these folks. This shop was incredible with me! My brakes were metal on metal and they didn’t treat me like I was less than for letting them get that bad. They not only replaced my brakes, but also hooked me up with a loaner vehicle so I could go to work! Thank you all so much for working on my car, and a shout out to Jesse for taking care of me through the whole process!
