Crash Champions Collision Repair

Like most repair shops, they don’t meet the target delivery dates they provide customers. To my knowledge the work is getting done, but it was supposed to be done by today, and now it could be up to another three days before it’s completed. So I’ll have to pay for another rental vehicle in order to not miss work commitments I’d made under the assumption that I would have my car back.

These people are the best. Even before choosing them as the shop I webt with, they walked me through the insurance process and what to do about my specific situation. They were empathetic and informative. My new car got a bad door ding and they were able to fix that and polished other scratches in the car! Awesome people who work the front desk as well. All the Crash Champions staff were helpful, friendly and informative. I was impressed by the professional look and feel of the office, and witnessed several excellent customer interactions while waiting. The repair workmanship on my Hyundai Elantra was great; the fit and finish was excellent, as was the color match. The work was completed in a reasonable time, given the supply chain issues for parts for this model vehicle. I would definitely go back to Crash Champions should the need arise again. Hoping not ...
