Community Auto is really great. They’re genuine, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! I’ve been there for routine oil changes and also to install a part. You get a cool online report texted to you after a service with an inspection including photos and notes about your vehicle, and recommendations. I recommend them.

Community Auto was completely dishonest with me and tried to get me to pay almost $1000 unnecessarily for an improperly done service. I initially came in for just an alignment and inspection, (which btw after the alignment my car still pulls right which they said nothing about). I let them know that my car sometimes no starts because of an issue with the instrument cluster that could temporarily be fixed by tapping the dash. I told them I was told by another shop that only a dealership could replace the cluster because of mileage programing, and they said they would be able to replace it for me. Great! So I reschedule to get the cluster replaced. When I come in they charge me $185 dollars to “diagnose” the issue (to see if the cluster itself is bad or just a connection issue), even though I was already pretty certain it was the cluster, but they assured me this cost would go towards the repair so I wasn’t especially concerned even though that was pretty pricey to diagnose a very simple
