All staff was friendly. The lack of attention to detail is the reason for my below average review. Vehicle was in for accident damage. Went to pick up the car and there were two very obvious scrapes/paint transfers left from the accident and one other spot that could be understandably missed. They were able to buff the paint off right away, once brought to their attention. Completed repairs were satisfactory. They did not notify the insurance company of additional time needed and when I called I was told a representative would return my call but never heard back. On a plus side, they work with a local car rental service so that part of the process was very convenient. Service: Body & Trim

I only got an estimate but it was already after I had taken it to another body shop who ripped me off and didn’t complete the work. If the other shop would have done it right the car would have been totaled to begin with. Anyway, here they explained everything that would still need done and dealt with the follow up to the insurance company. They were wonderful especially after everything that I had already been through. I will definitely go back because I know they are honest and reliable!
