Caliber Collision

I had gone to Caliber initially since the insurance company that I was dealing with sent me to them for an estimate. The lady at Caliber providing the estimate was very friendly and most of all very thorough with the estimate. I wanted to go to another collision shop in the Fort Collins, CO area that I had previously used in the past, however they really botched the scheduling and the lady processing the appointment seemed to be having a really bad day. The visit to Caliber that I had, impressed me enough to go back to them to have the work done. The person I dealt with at Caliber was able to get me on their schedule (which was three months out, but that was the way it was with all the body shops in town). When I was able to get my car in for repair it took about two weeks to get it done which I felt was quite good, especially after talking with other people who had their vehicles in for repair for almost a month or more at other body shops. Terrible communication on a fairly straightforward job. I was completely okay with some delays, but everytime the next promised date came around I called about pick-up, just to receive another delay. Since my most recent "expected pickup" was on a Friday the delay was extended over the weekend! Since I called the day before to confirm the progress was on track, I assumed the Friday pickup would be assured. But now I'm left to cancel all the plans made with my car in mind for the weekend. The communication between the shop and customer needs a lot of work. The customer should never have to call to find out about bad news! I will edit my review to include the quality of the repair. However I am very unsatisfied with the timeline and communication this far. Service: Body & Trim

Customer service was excellent and my car was repaired perfectly and at pick up was cleaned and polished inside and out. Service: Body & Trim
