This business made a big mistake the first time they “fixed” what was wrong. I found that out when my car died again the day I got it back from the shop. So I had it towed, again, back to them to fix it again. I’ve had it back again for 3 days now. I haven’t driven it much yet, but so far it seems they discovered and corrected the problem the second time they fixed it. I hope to drive a couple hundred miles next weekend which will be the ultimate test. I love the folks at BG and will use their services again. It’s hard to find a good mechanic and despite this problem, I believe they tried their hardest. I wish they had refunded a big chunk of what I paid them at first, but they offered me an oil flush instead. I’ve accepted that. I know I make mistakes when I’m trying my best and feel I should accept that in others as well.

Got me in quick. They have the best system I've ever seen an automotive place use. I had asked for several different things to be done to my 2006 Ford e250 and they already had an itemized quote ready to go for me. They took photos and videos of all their findings and made it easy to understand. They didn't hassle me to get any repairs done, but they do give you their professional opinion about what stuff is most important. They send you a link you can view on your phone that shows everything they did, what condition things are in, and a break down of labor/parts if you choose to repair. Highly recommend!
