360 Diesel and Auto Repair

Nice folks, but don't think I'll be back. Paid full price for an alignment, only received a verbal "check". When I asked for the before/after alignment printout, I was told there wasn't one, that most people don't ask for it. 35+ years I've always wanted/received a printout without asking from other shops. They offered to rack it again if I wanted to leave it again, no thanks. I was told it was good as is, they didn't do anything to it. I was then told the Caster was off, but they didn't have the cams for it. "It'll be fine". IMO, get the parts and complete the job. Isn't that what I'm paying for? Maybe I expected too much, but if you're only checking the alignment, not correcting anything, or completing the task, why am I paying full price? Previous experiences elsewhere charged for an alignment check, 50% is common. With no before/after written report, was anything really done? Service: Wheel alignment
