I had a great experience with Werkheisher Collision. Keith was extremely knowledgeable and professional in providing the estimates and reviewing the condition of my vehicle. So, I'm usually the one to point out the bad ones. In this case I feel like I should mention one of the good ones. Long story short I visited three collision centers. One of which is very well known. We won't talk about that. What I will say is Workheiser made the whole process effortless. I made a call expecting to be placed on some list. To my surprise, and happy to do so told me come on down as he'd get right on it. 30 minutes later I had an estimate and a set date to bring the vehicle in for repair. In fact it was so easy I questioned the work that would be done. Today I picked up the vehicle and WOW, they did everything they said they would. The work performed is beyond my expectations and to top it off had my vehicle detailed. In my book that's going the extra mile and deserve a little something in return for all of the above. You guys nailed it and you have all of my business moving forward. Thanks for the amazing job and reminding me there are still some good ones out.
