I had my car repaired at Tesla Collision Center. Taylor was my advisor. He was great! He was prompt and personable, and seemed to really care about the work that he does. He not only fixed my car, but he also addressed problems that had originated before my visit with him. He said that I can contact him anytime if I have any problems in the future. UPDATE (6/7/23): 10/10 ???? The car was done in about a month. That's faster than they said it could be and significantly faster than a lot of the other body shops quoted me at. They worked directly with USAA and I didn't have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses other than my deductible. After I got the car back, I noticed some minor issues that I wanted addressed. Jeremy, my service advisor, just said to come on by and they'll take care of them while I wait, which is what I did. The car is pretty perfect now. Super happy with how everything went and there's no question that I would use them again and refer them to anyone else with a Tesla. ORIGINAL POST: Working with Savannah G. so far has been amazing.
